Papers, ca. 1942-2000.

Vickrey briefly relates some of his military experiences from World War II. He was behind the initial invasion on Normandy only by a couple hours, establishing communications for the 29th Infantry Division as they fought there. Later his unit was present at the Battle of the Bulge where several men from his unit were killed. He credits God for his survival, and the success of the unit he was a part of.
